Bathrooms were disgusting. Flies in the food case, and obvious they were trying to get rid of them.
Make my drink wrong all the time. Today made my drink wrong and didn?t fill my moms drink it was just over half full. Rude... manager and refused to fix my drink. I went to the Starbucks inside Fred Meyer and she said they get people going there all thetime from this Starbucks to get their drinks fixed!!! She remade my drink correctly and it was perfect. Good selections of coffee tea and hot chocolate, including flavorings. Even if they're pricy, you're paying for premium quality... and service. The barista was very nice, and since we went through the drive-through showed us the reusable cups that they had in store and... was patient with us while we chose one. The drink was very well-made, and very quick. Definitely one of the better StarbucksI?ve been to in a while! Read more
The latte was good here. As usual, from going to any Starbucks anywhere, they did not prepare the chocolate croissant correctly.... The best thing about this particular Starbucks is they didn't mess up my latte on purpose because I didn't leave a tip like theHayden Idaho Starbucks. Read more

The attendant was kind and relatable, but the location was understaffed. I had to repeat my order a number of times, they didn't... quote the prices of items neglected to be shown on the Drive-Thru menu (Hot Chocolate), and included only one small straw whichwe had to request on our own. I had to share the straw with my daughter and father. The straw was so small that it fell into thedrink below the whip cream I requested not to have. Went thru the drive thru got two large blended coffees and they both taste like burnt coffee. They were undeniable.
