We got 2 birria, 2 carne asada, and 2 adobada bomb tacos and were blown away. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful, the... tortillas were crispy and held together with melted cheese, the pickled radishes, cucumber, and onion were delicious, and theroasted jalapeño brought it all home. They have an assortment of salsas and we wish we had asked for one of each so we couldhave compared them. The salsa verde was very light and the peach habañero was sweet and unexpectedly mild. The pricing isappropriate for the quality and quantity of food. They have street tacos too if you are looking for the cheaper, smaller tacos,but 2 bomb tacos will fill you up. If you are on a road trip through Tri Cities or if you live here you NEED to eat at thisfood truck. Authentic tacos are our absolute favorite food and we try so many different places all the time, but these so farare the best in the TC. Thank you for such amazing food! Read more

This place really packs the flavor! The bomb tacos are a must have I get them every time. Filled with your choice of meat, they... add cheese and guacamole. The tortillas have a nice sear on the outside and the meat and cheese make it nice and soft on theinside. Bomb tacos come with a side of pickled cucumber salad, grilled onions and fried jalapeño. They offer a variety ofsalsas that are very tasty. I will say I?m not a fan of the ?Agua Frescas? as they are made corn syrup and not real fruit sothey are extremely sweet and not to my liking. The food was good, a little overpriced. We got birria tacos and no consume..I would have given it a 4 star, however customer... service wasn't there. We tipped them and didn't even get a thank you. It made it seemed like they were ungrateful for theircustomers. Wherever one goes, the good can taste amazing, but if the customer service isn't there, people won't come back. Read more

This food truck sells Really Good Stuff. I had the pork and steak tacos and shared the very delicious Shrimp Fries. We also... ordered two cups of the broth used to cook some of the meat.. Had the Mexican Coke????. Ample parking. Usually a line. 10-15minute wait. Well worth the time. Read more
