I love their Asian spices they use on the food. I have eaten here for over 15 years. Every time I stay in the tri city area the... first night I eat here. The ladies running this place are amazing friendly and make me want to come back. The only down side Icould find it's showing some age. Read more
The ladies here are always incredibly friendly and the food is always fantastic. Ive been coming to this location for over 10... years and never consider anywhere else jn the Tri Cities for such great Chinese food. They have the trifecta: great food, bigquantities, and generous servings. One order of 3 meat combos will easily give you another meal the next day. Many places try touse small boxes especially for meat dishes. That's not the case here friends. Shang Hai Restaurant in Kennewick neverdissapoints and is the golden standard for takeout. Read more
Decent prices. Lots of good food for price. Service not so good, there were 4 other groups dining and each group of diners ... had to get up and hunt down waitresses for their refills, takeout boxes and checks. Read more
The lo mein was SO good, plus the portion was impressively large, so much so that I did not feel it necessary to order two... entrees. I'm not sure I've seen a portion that big; for about $13, I feel it's an incredibly good deal. I will definitely goback, and I definitely recommend! Read more

I don't care if the food tastes like dog food I haven't had it yet I'm just leaving. A pregnant woman went in when I was in my... car waiting for the order and I saw one of the employees carrying out her order for her because it was large. That is what youcall customer service! Besides the woman being able to take my order while she was cashing someone out because she was able tomemorize it. I will be returning! Five stars! Read more
