General manager Jesus was sweeping and did not wash his hands or put on gloves to get my food, was disgusted and told the... cashier I was disappointed at the lack of hygiene from the manager, I refused to pay for the pizza and left. I attempted to callthe 800 number multiple times with no answer and was unable to leave a voice message due to the mailbox not being set up. I'mdisappointed and disgusted by this experience. Amazing service by the 2 young men today 06/09/19. I came over almost at close after being turned down at ivars (after waiting... since 848). Anyway, these young men, i didn't catch their names but they seemed to be the only 2 working there mopping andcleaning for tomorrow. I took food they were gonna pack away and they offered to warm it up which of course i said no because iknew they were cleaning up. Love the food but love the customer service even more so. Mine and my fiancé first time here and it was the worst experience ever. The lady that was serving us was extremely rude and... had so much attitude. I tried ordering Stromboli but they were out. So I let my fiancé order first since I didn?t know what toorder just yet, he just ordered two pizzas combo. Then I decided to get the spaghetti and meatballs combo but they didn?t havemeatballs how convenient!? So I asked if they were out or they just haven?t made any because I was willing to wait. And the rudelady just said they haven?t made any and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they can make some. Which still didn?t make anysense, it was a busy day at the mall and they didn?t have any meatballs out. I know I won?t be the only customer who would wantmeatballs so why didn?t they have some cook make them if they were clearly out? So while my meatballs were getting made wedecided to pay, the cashier was nice and friendly. She asked us if it was separate or together and we told her together but shestarted talking to her coworkers and not really paying attention to us. She then asked what soda we wanted, we let her know butonce again she started talking to her coworkers so she didn?t hear us and asked again what we wanted to drink. So we let herknow again and the rude lady serving us interrupted and asked the cashier if she charged my spaghetti and the cashier said noand the server looks at me and rudely with attitude told me ?you didn?t let her know about your food.? I?m sorry but myexperiences in other food industries, they know what the customer ordered I shouldn?t have tell my cashier what i ordered. Maybethis place needs better communication and better staff. Overall they charged our food separately and only charged one of ourfood as a combo and got no soda because she didn?t hear us, obviously they were too busy speaking to each other. Every time I go to buy a hawain pizza there always out. So I ask for the manager and say hey can you guys please keep more... hawain pizza out and he says well we don?t sell allot of it and so we don?t make it often. Then I told him well that?s probablywhy you guys don?t sell allot and he looked at me and said well there?s nothing I can do so better luck next time. Never goingthere again. Read more
