It was alright, not as good as I thought it should be, some of the employees are amazing and others seem to just walk around in... a coma. We had pretzel burgers which were pretty good but they had the Swiss cheese on the well done and the American cheese onthe medium done which was backwards. The burger was very dry and required a lot of soda to get it down lol. The fries were aboveaverage with the very tasty cheese dip. Our kids touched the little screen on the table playing some of the lamest games knownto man. That game resulted in another two dollars and fifty cents on our bill ???? which was a surprise to us. All in all you'repaying top dollar for burgers which should be amazing but really weren't. The place was packed with people and everyone seemedto be in good spirits. Our kids were happy and kept singing the red Robin commercial jingle. Our server was a guy and he wasvery good at his job, he's actually wasting his efforts there i thought. My family are here last night as we are driving to Lincoln City, OR from Utah for vacation. We've ate at many other Red... Robbins. This one was quite busy. We ordered two appetizers which ended up coming to our table when we were all finished witheating our entrees. That was a bit disappointing. All of our Burgers/Sandwiches were good. The regular fries were great. Wehad sweet potatoes fries as well but did not get any more of those because they were too greasy. Read more
Okay burgers (Southern Charm), cold beer, but not particularly amazing service. We were seated in the bar, and our server seemed... to be a bit overwhelmed. They walked by us numerous times yet didn't really check in much. I would have gotten a second beer,but the opportunity didn't allow in a timely fashion. Speaking of timely, it took forever for me to even get my beer. Hate tosay it, but I'd probably hit Bob's or Hop Jacks for a burger and brew over Red Robin. Now, let me qualify that: Red Robin isout of our way, while the others are not. Thus, my dining experience at Red Robin would need to be very good to exceptional forme to partake again.
