Horrible customer service. I left a note with someone who was cleaning the shop right after they had closed and in the note I... had asked them to call me as I had wanted to specify the doughnuts I had wanted to order and I never heard from them! I?vecalled them on multiple occasions, left voicemails, never once did I hear back. They want you to ?pre order? if you want morethan 1 dozen doughnuts but you can?t ever get ahold of them. They NEVER answer the phone and don?t ever call back if you leavevoicemails. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! They always claim on Facebook ?ohh sorry for notanswering phone calls? (they NEVER ANSWER and have NO INTENTION either to answer ANY phone calls). I get it?s a small mom andpop shop, but not accommodating to potentially paying customers is absurd! DO BETTER !! Read more
Finally tried popular donuts today, because everyone had told me they were one of the best. I should just say i was truly... disappointed. Im a apple fritter person and was expecting a great donut. First off, who i there right mind charges 4.00 for 1fritter? When i got it and pulled it out of the bag, it looked amazing and smelled delicious. But as we all know looks can bedeceiving. As i took my first bite , it was pretty good. Sweet, buttery and got a piece of apple. Then disappointment set in.There was maybe 3-4 small apple pieces in this large fritter. Now mind you, most fritters you should experience a apple piece inevery 1-3 bites. So my conclusion is they have scaled back on there quality but jacked there prices up. Will not be back, i findbetter quality fritters at gas stations. Read more
This is my first time here. I have tried the maple and nuts donut. They are tasty. I recommend you give it a try. Donuts here... are definitely better than Krispy Kreme?s ones. I will certainly come back another time. I am very much looking forward it! Read more
Let me just say, I am not a donut person. Typically, I can just go without because every donut I have ever had is pretty meh.... The donuts here are LIFE CHANGING. They are absolutely the best donuts I've ever had and I doubt anyone could find somethingbetter. I suppose they could be considered pricey, but they are so good they are totally worth it. Read more
