Horrible. Pizza was dry. There was barley any sauce or cheese. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. Very disappointed.

Honestly the worst experience ever! I called my order in, they said to come and get it in 15 min , I showed up 20 min to give... them an extra 5 mon go get it done, got there paid for two cheese pizzas, then had to wait 15 min and then the ? manager? saidit was done and only gave me one and said have a good day, I then explained to her I ordered tow not one, she said I had to waitanother 10 to 15 to get the other pizza I ordered, I finally asked for my money back and had to wait 10 min for her to figurethat out, at no time was there a hey let me fix this for u, all I got was excuses. Always has been one of our favorite pizza stores in town. The customer service is spot on in the pizza is ready and it needs to... be! Honestly just had the worst experience with the Steptoe Pizza Hut. We live 2 minutes from the store, and 21 minutes after we... received the "Out for Delivery" message, we finally get a loud knock (after requesting a "very light knock"). I open the door,no worker, a pile of smashed boxes, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. We ordered Mountain Dew. I open the first smashed box -cheese bread - we didn't order cheesebread. I see a worker pulling out of the parking lot. Assuming we received the incorrectorder, I literally chase her down barefoot in the snow. She rolls down her window and I kindly say "I think we received thewrong order." She then proceeds to whip out a receipt and read my order off to me. I said "Yes, I know what we ordered, but wehave the wrong drink, and there is cheese bread which we did not order." At this point, I'm still thinking we have thecompletely wrong order, but she insists everything is there. I said "Let me go check." She follows me to my doorstep as I go in,and check each box. Everything else is there; however, the cheese of the cheese bread and the toppings from our pizza are stuckto the underside of each box - clearly from being smashed. I said this isn't our cheese bread, and she said we can just keep it- I'm strongly assuming that another customer will never receive the cheesebread they ordered today. Then before I can evenmention the soda, she says, "Oh, so it's just the Pepsi that's wrong then?" Honestly at this point, I was done. She doesn'toffer to fix the drink, so I just say "Don't worry about it." She says "Are you sure?" Yes, I'm sure, I'm not going to wait anhour for her to return with (hopefully) the correct drink. the main issue was that the crust they used was old. the yeast had started to fall. so when it was cooked it was falling,... discolored and very hard in spots. hardly any sauce was on the pizza. The pizza was cold when is got to the house. Pizza hutused to have better flavor than the others but quality has gone down. I guess I will have to go to another place. who wants topay for expired crust. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I?ve never had such a horrible experience at the Pizza Hut on Steptoe. This place closes on... thursdays at 11:00pm. I placed an order at 10:02pm and got a notification saying it would be ready by 10:20. Upon arrivingBEFORE CLOSE at 10:30 the doors were locked?? I Called next day to inquire about a credit which I was given by a nice lady of$20.00. But after trying to use my credit I spoke to another ?manager? named Lisa. Who was a complete A***HOLE!!! Completelyunprofessional and rude!!! she tried to tell me that I was lying and never went to pick up the food I PAID FOR? ???????? aftergiving me her attitude, She took my order and let me redeem my credit but gave me some soggy food. I guess all you can do whenyou?re 40 some years old and still a manager at Pizza Hut is give other people a hard time. Read more
