They say open until 10pm for delivery but just call and cancel your order after they close their carryout hours of 9:30. They... also don't accept cash as an option of order for delivery so don't even consider it unless you have a card to use. Both of thoseare major inconveniences they have no intention of fixing. I love their food, but don't lie about what hours you deliver becauseof laziness and exclude people from paying with CASH money. Extremely disappointed in them. Read more

Garbage customer service. Stopped in on a sunday at 945pm to get a couple of pizzas for carryout. Guy behind the counter states... sorry we close for carryout at 930pm so we went back to our car. Go on the website and order what we want for delivery whilethinking how silly it is that carryout is closed but they will tie up drivers right before close. We order our pizza and get theemail confirmation. Less then 5 mins later get a phone call from what sounded like the same guy saying that they dont have anydelivery drivers and that he is going to cancel our order. So i guess when the hours say open till 10pm they actually mean thatthey dont take any orders 30 mins before close. Why would you allow orders if you have no plans to fulfill them. Oh well pizzahut was more then happy to take our 58 dollar order instead. Long story short if your looking for pizza i would recommend tryingany of the competition places first. The pizza was undercooked and gooey. Their idea of putting sauce on wings is one simple squirt of sauce on one wing. It was... totally disgusting. Do not eat here if you want decent pizza - it is not worth the price. Read more
First time ordering as I just moved to Kennewick. Ordered online. Selected extra sauce and baked well done. Breadsticks and... pop were fine. This is how the pizza arrived. I'll not order from this location again. Also completed the emailed survey fromPapa Johns. Why even give the option to the customer if the customer's wishes will be disregarded? UPDATE 26FEB2022. I haveattached a picture of the pizzas and a picture of my order. They did arrive in place this time, which is appreciated. Thatsaid, not well done and the NY was not square cut. Why offer these options to the customer and totally ignore them? Also, noextra sauce on the pan. Papa John's sent me a coupon code and asked me to give them another chance. I did and even paid for anextra pizza plus breadsticks again. I'm not giving them a third try. Too bad because when cooked as ordered it is not badpizza. Read more

Love the new Kennewick location. Great Pizza. Quick delivery. Always have fantastic pizza specials to save you money. This is a... pizza place that cares about its customers. Our family has always really enjoyed Papa John's pizza. I also like to ad theoccasional Buffalo chicken wings with our pizza order, my kids really seem to like them too. Our preference is the thincrust. Restaurant is always really clean and the staff is always really courteous and friendly. Read more
Every time we order for pickup at this location it?s always a wait. The pizza tracker shows your pizza is ready, we show up and... the order is not ready, not even close to ready. Tonight I waited awhile after it showed my order was ready, showed up andstill had to wait 15 minutes for them to finish the order. Read more
