Nice employees, but there isn?t any teamwork that I see. There was hardly anyone in the place, and we stood for twenty minutes... before our started to be prepared, and then another twenty minutes after that. Most MODS have a lot better teamwork, and aremuch more organized. Sad Read more

Finally got around to trying MOD Pizza. Looked at all the Yelp pics to see what the food looked like and saw 'most times' the... crust of the pizzas were burnt. Which is common with fire ovens. I loathe brunt anything, but especially pizza crust and breads.This is the major factor why it took me until today to give MOD a try. But today was a special day as my neighbor turned 90 andshe loves Hawaiian pizza and just so have it MOD is having a 7$ 11" Hawaiian Pizza special so no better time than now to givethem try. I got my neighbor the Hawaiian pizza along with a mini caesar salad and I got for myself a 6" Calexico with a minigreek salad. And two no name chocolate cakes. Food was ready right on time. Unfortunately my pizza crust was BRUNT! My neighborswasn't. Salad greens looked old and again, 'unfortunately' soggy. But to be honest for my first time I feel it was better than Iexpected. So I'm looking forward to giving them another chance to serve a fresh salad and a non-brunt pizza crust because theparts of the pizza I was able to eat sans brunt crust, it was quite tasty. I usually come here and have a great experience, not any real problem, but just today (May 31st) I just felt like the employees... were a bit more dismissive and it felt awkward, even after taking my total and handing the receipt, the employee said have awonderful day even though I still needed to get my food, which confused me. I still love this place, but may need a little workon service, everything else is perfect Read more
First time comeing here and I must say it was INCREDIBLE staff was super helpful on telling me what was on the up and up got the... food done quick and it was amazing best pizza in Kennewick BY FAR highly recommend to anybody want to dine in and want thatrestaurant feel in a sorta fast food place you can order online and get take out should you want to. 10 stars if I coulddefently amazeing! Okay, I'm back. This time, my friend offered to pay. He told me to try the mega dough so I was like why not? Yea, little did I... know I only got to half when I got full. Sadly my phone camera only focused on the center rather being able to focus on thecrust and maintaining focus of Ingredients as well, but it was a choice. Phone cameras don't have the best focus radius when itcomes to certain subjects. I am able to eat an entire regular thin crusted pizza but this was like 3x the crust. This is perfectfor two people and the price difference is almost non-existent. I will add that the dough did have an aftertaste. It's notenough to bring any stars down though but it could ruin for crust lovers. I don't eat the crusts most of the time only ifthey're thin. Other than that, the customer service was exceptional like always and food was delicious especially since it'scooked to order. Thank you once again MOD Pizza! Read more
The food was not that good for the price, and even though they were busy it still took longer than it should have to finish.... They seemed to have timing issues because I ordered one pizza and it took longer than people that order two or three, eventhough they ordered after me. I would like to say I enjoyed my experience but it is not something I will return for. Read more
