I ordered a double cheeseburger cook to order at 2:35am on 11/8/22. I was upset to find out my sandwich was not cook to order... after the white man at the window told me everything was ?cook to order at this time.? I was pulled forward, after I got mysandwich I pulled into the parking lot to eat. My sandwich was not even warm. It was COLD it was cold enough that the cheesewasn?t even melted. What upsets me is that I was pulled forward for a cook to order sandwich and it was never even made Fresh.You guys should teach your employees not to lie to paying customers. On top of that my sandwich was very messy and had tonsss ofmustard. But of course I was NOT given napkins. How hard is it to make a customer happy? I was literally the only car in thedrive thru, yet nothing was done properly. So I ended up with a cold messy sandwich and no napkins. Read more
It's fine. It's McDonald's so can't have too high of an expectancy. The food was fine. The fruits could've used a little more... time frying. Was a little limp and undercooked. The kids didn't really like their toys. We went today because we thought they'dhave something Halloween related. They only had "Cars". Read more
The lady working the food window was rude when I asked about the Halloween buckets for my kids. After a short time she rudely... asked us to pull forward to wait for the rest of our order. We received cold fries and my sons pop spilled everywhere due tothe lid being smashed onto the cup?needless to say for what we paid we got rude service, cold food and zero napkins to clean upthe spilled pop! Being from tri cities and seeing this mcdonalds have a recent remodel it does give it fresh new look but they did take out the... play area which is a big down side if you have kids other than that good customer service and fast and fresh food usually Read more

I remember when you could get rapid service for a reasonable price. Now you can wait in your car for 10-15 minutes while you... argue with the voice box, idle to the payment window, and ultimately get the bag that hopefully contains what you expected. Andthe charges are outrageous. $5 for a smoothy that's less than 12 oz. Or, you can park, walk in, be confronted by an orderingscreen, fight with it to try to place an order, have it stop responding, and look for the button to place or pay but findnothing. Finally a person shows up to offer assistance behind the counter, I place the order, and wait for 4-5 minutes for theproduct to be shipped. Read more
Drive through design is not ideal. Often drive through traffic is backed up into street, blocking traffic and people trying to... leave the parking lot are traped because of traffic fighting to get into the parking lot around lunchtime Read more
