I went in yesterday and as I was waiting, I was watching the people in the back making pizza and no one, not a single person... back there was wearing gloves. I thought to myself, maybe they?re just really efficient at washing their hands. Then I watchedthem pull out their phone, text on it or whatever, and then proceed to prep the pizzas. The pizza is pretty good but the staff ruin that. The rudest service I've ever received. Tried to return an incorrect item and... was told they're not allowed to do that and told me to just take my pizza and get out. Read more

I went here yesterday because my gremlins where craving pizza. The person who was taking the orders was really nice and quick.... Good customer service for sure. It's always too busy for the amount of people they have working there, so the employees are overwhelmed and you get mediocre... service and pizza at best. I can't blame the employees though, I kind of just feel bad for them being so overwhelmed. It seemslike most Little Caesars are run this way. Read more

What happened to little Caesar?s? My breadsticks were burned and they were so tough I thought they changed their recipe. Then I... opened my pizza and it was also burned! Date of Visit: 08/01/22 (22:00) The worst pizza I've ever had and terrible customer service. One "large" single topping pizza... with dipping sauce cost me $9.76 when they are advertised on TV for $5.55. It cost me more than a good and hot Domino's largethree topping carry out which is $7.00. The employee stated that they had one pepperoni pizza and that "they weren't going tocook anything else" The pizza was old and cold and had been sitting there for a very long time. It was so tough that I couldn'tcut it with a steak knife. I will NOT be back. My suggestion, go to Domino's where you can get a large three topping pizza for$7.00 that is freshly made. Read more

First of all let's start with the fact that no matter what time you call, they never answered their phone. Then hours later... after calling many times when they finally pick up, they can't tell you prices and half way through the conversation they putthe phone down and walk away. Then someone different picks it back up 10 minutes later and the whole time you can hear themtalking and laughing. Then you ask for the price on the same basis thing again and they put the phone down to go ask? Do theynot train staff on basis phone orders? Do they not understand how to have a professional phone conversation? This place is theworst. At least train people to take orders and answer the phone. This made me so aggravated that I hung up and promise myselfthat I will NEVER order Little Caesars pizza every again. Read more
