Just had an odd experience that left us truly unsatisfied. We were told that we were not "ALLOWED" to switch out the cheeses on... our sandwiches. Pretty sure for $30 for two sandwiches two drinks and a bag of chips I should be able to change out the cheeseson my sandwich even if it's an additional charge. But what's more distressing is the lazy a$$ boy behind the counter and hisattitude. Guess we'll be going back to subway where we can get whatever we want on our damn sandwiches Read more

I ordered through the app for pick up while on my lunch break from work, went home and let my dog out to give them time to make... the order. I then got there and waited 20 minutes for my order to not be made or ready to pick up. Called and they told me Icould either pay to have it delivered or they could cancel my order. How does a place get an order and in the time from of anhour never make your food then have the audacity to ask you if you?d like to pay and have it delivered? Read more

I'm only putting 1 start for one reason. I use to order all the time online for delivery. Seems like either you guys don't... deliver anymore or you guys shrunk your delivery range. Kind of petty reason fir a 1 star. But ill gladly change it if thisproblem gets fixed. Been this way for months. And no I don't want to call. And I live literally 1.5 miles away. Read more

I buy sandwiches for my husband who is a delivery worker many times a week because he only wants Jimmy Johns. I?ve earned... rewards from buying so many times and I usually shop at the pasco store. And this store said they couldn?t find my informationanywhere when I showed them my email. So instead of telling me what I could do to make it right, they gave me every excuse whyit wasn?t their fault. Then their credit card machine wasn?t working and I had to use 2 cards 4 times. And the kid at the frontasked me how you manually put the card number in. And then 3 people who got there way later than me got their orders first. Theyhad my order just sitting and never brought it to where they give you your order. I was there for 30 minutes. I am never someonewho writes reviews, but this experience was really frustrating and no one seemed to care. It made it so I will never go to theKennewick Jimmy Johns store again. Read more

No eating utensils at this restaurant, and only one high chair in the entire restaurant,. The only high chair has three straps,... two of which are broken. Employees did not care when the defective high chair was brought to their attention. Employee statedthey "They have told the manager, and he is trying to get a new chair", as they were walking away. Paid for sliced or quarteredpickles, and the employee would not use knife to slice them any further. Had an infant with us who would have eaten the smallersliced condiments, but employee would not accommodate. We would have used plastic knives in the restaurant, but again utensilsare not available here. Toward the end of the visit, we stated that we were disappointed in this visit, and the employee simplystated sorry, as she walked away. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant and when order was ready, they shouted from thefarthest side of food prep area that order was ready, while looking straight out front window. Tray that held your napkinsbehind the counter was dirty. Contacted the corporate number to express our concerns and received an email back that this isjust an independently owned location and they would pass our concerns to the owner/manager. No response from the local managereither. No complaints on the food, but the experience will prompt us to never visit this location again. Read more
