I've never been here with a good experience customer service wise. The ladies who work here have always been incredibly rude at... both locations and there really isn't a reason why. But I will say the food makes up for it. I like a classic grilled cheese andwhile normally that's something easy to make at home, there's something about their sandwiches that I can't get over. Theirsalads are a good portion and made well which for a salad can surprisingly be a little difficult to do. Over all this place'sfood saves it. Read more

We were really looking forward to a really great sandwich as this place since it was highly recommended. For the price, this was... quite disappointing! We agreed on 2 stars because I didn't think it was the worst sandwich ever, but my husband said it was theworst for him. He said the turkey and cheddar tasted off and the bread was subpar. The chips were ok and the root beer alsotasted funny. The service and speed was ok. Nothing special. Won't be back and won't recommend for sure. It definitely doesn'ttaste as good as it looks. If you want any change to a sandwich, look forward to them having to remake it. They're too busy talking to make correct orders... the first try. Sat for well over 15 minutes for a remake only for them to not bring it to the right table. Service here sucksbut at least they do it with a smile... food is good tho Read more
I love Graze sandwiches so much. They always have fresh and healthy food. But for some reason you cannot give tip without cash.... That was upsetting. But other than that, I very strongly recommend Graze. As for me, I am going to definitely come back. I amvery much looking forward it! Read more
