44 minutes spent for a drive through order. There was only one other person in the drive through when I arrived and a few... people inside. I ordered a 3 tender combo and a super star combo with a milkshake. I paid for my order at 5:58PM and was askedto pull the front of the building. I waited at the front of the building watching people pull up, get their order and leavebefore I decided to go inside after 20 minutes. The man proceeded to tell me that someone came to check on him and stoppedmaking the order. Then that order was given to someone else. So I decided to wait since things get hectic sometimes. Theperson working the window opened a fridge and tried handing me the milkshake that was sitting inside after a total of 30 minutesbeing there. I asked for it to be made again since it was all melted. By the time I left it was melted again anyways. This isthe one time where I wish I asked for my order to be refunded but I didn't have it my heart since a worker walked out and theywere doing the best they could. Read more
I sent a review to corporate but I guess yall don't read and respond to those so here I am. Horrible experience, expect to have... to repeat your order multiple times, expect to have to wait 10 mins for few items, expect half of it to be made wrong, expectthe other half to taste disgusting. It had been awhile since I had Carl's Jr so I figured why not. Waste of money on unediblegarbage. If you still wanna eat here after reading this review then you know what to expect. Read more
After seeing numerous TV commercials for the Sourdough Star I decided to get one. Probably won't get another. No crispy fried... onions on it and I think there was a tiny smear of special sauce. The bread was soft; I was expecting firmer, that is my error. The lemonade was sour and watery. About half the empty tables were dirty (11am). Service was decent. We have 2 Carl's in ourtown and I have never been pleased with this particular one. Read more
Great customer service at the window only. The person was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The bun was hard and... the lettuce old and brown. It's very disappointing they would allow this food to be given to paying customers. I regret notgoing to KFC. Unfortunately, after 5 hours of driving and back to the hotel, I was too tired to go back and get a refund. Icalled and talked to Sierra, the manager, to make her aware that the food is going out like that. She argued with me and saidthe food goes out fresh, made to order and when the lettuce sits a long time it will wilt. It literally sat 5 minutes. I don'tthink it takes a trained chef to see the lettuce in the pic is not good. It's an interesting parallel that the manager had anattitude & the food is bad. Tip to all, if you get food to go, check it before you drive off. Better tip, go somewhere elseuntil they can get proper food out to paying customers. Read more
We came here in the morning and they didn?t even serve breakfast anymore, which was like half the menu, they didn?t even have... hot dogs. So me and my cousin got a cheeseburger. The cheeseburgers ended up having hair on the lettuce. We also asked forketchup and fry sauce, but they gave us hot sauce. Read more
Even though it was 9 am they made us lunch. The food was really good, and the lady that took our order was super nice.
