First time ordering from this restaurant. We did a picked up order. We live very close about 3 minutes away. The wings were very... dry and crispy (old) None of the rub stuck to the wings. The ones with the sauce were very dry also, they had to have sat therefor a long time. They were cold and crispy to where I didn't know if it was a bone I was chewing on or the crust. Forty dollarsfor 20 wings. We couldn't eat hardly any of them. Won't be going back any time soon. So disappointed. Update 10/16/22 I wasgiven 4300pts. But when I went online today to use the points it took the points off but didn't take cost off. So I didn'tcomplete order. The points were still gone. When I called the store they couldn't get the points to work either. So I talked tomanager they said they don't do the points. Read more
Seating was close together on tables and being seated. TVs EVERYWHERE for your viewing pleasure. Staff was very friendly. Food... was good and love the different sauces available! Haven't tried bar drinks yet but I liked my first visit here and definitelywill return. Read more
The place was amazing and so was the food! However I ran into some issues regarding our waitress which was not the best quality... of service I have received, but overall the food was pretty good! Service is hit or miss, the servers we've gotten are great it just seems like they need more workers because it takes a while to... get seated (even when there's a bunch of open tables) and then it takes an hour after you order to get your food.. the food isalways great though! Especially the cauliflower wings! We do love going to BWW. They definitely need to get more workers! Read more

It was a peaceful mid day, so the place was quiet. People just enjoying their meals and chatting or watching some of the... replays of games. Sat at the bar and ordered my drink and an appetizer, the cheese curds. But this time I was offered carameldipping sauce on top of the southwest sauce. Wow. Really does bring the flavor out and does not take away from the cheesecurd flavor. Accents it even more. Also ordered buffalo chicken wrap with fries and southwest sauce. Delicious as always.
