I bought a Chicken Supreme Cheesesteak sandwich. The mushrooms were so ground up I could hardly tell there were any, the bread... was NOT fresh (hard on the edges -- threw almost half of the bread out), and there wasn't enough sauce (it was quite dry). Iused to really enjoy this sandwich, so I'll probably buy it again but not at the Clearwater location. Read more

My work always provides us lunch on Fridays and we have used bruchis plenty of times. This week we were not impressed or pleased... with the service. They messed up our order and given us someone else?s sandwiches. When our team brought it to their attentionthey made us the correct sandwiches. But wait instead of us keeping the incorrect sandwiches we had already brought to theoffice they made us bring them back. I don?t believe that was smart or sanitary of them to ask of any customers to do so. Withhow much my coworkers and I eat there, how many lunches we have catered. You would think they would want to keep that clientele.Definitely disappointed in the customer service we had received. Read more
I have never ate here before and decided to buy lunch for my work group. I ordered online I paid I even gave a tip and it says... pick up at 12:35. I arrive at 12:40 they're all standing around looking at each other like where's her food. 10 minutes past shetried to tell me that they're making french fries. Another 10 minutes past I see people's orders going out with french fries.They never made my sandwiches. When they finally figured it out they had not made anything so another 15 minutes went past 1:00before I got that 12:35 order. Then I didn't know which sandwich was what because they all looked alike and they weren't reallymarked. Never again Read more

If you?re ordering takeout, make sure you get what you order before you leave the store. I ordered a pepper steak sandwich. I... received a ham sandwich with more lettuce by far than ham, and tasteless. Unfortunately I didn?t find out until I got home. Read more
