I will start with the positives; the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is fantastic! But, the customer service at... the hostess check-in was not so good. It upset us so much that we almost left, but after speaking to the MOD, I am glad we stuckit out! The outside seating area is lovely; next time you make your reservation, be sure to select outside! Food was delicious and atmosphere picturesque. Only drawback is that the kitchen was extremely slow... great for a Sunday... leisurely morning and Sunday Brunch but should have ordered on the lunch side after a 1 1/2 hour wait for the omelettes. Read more

The food was beautiful and delicious. Even the pre-meal bread and butter were great. Service was excellent. Very friendly and... accommodating staff. My only critique would be about the fried mushrooms. The sauce was very bland and didn’t have muchflavor. I found myself wanting some spiciness or zest, but there was none. The duck confit tacos were amazing and so was thebutternut squash ravioli. Read more

We were married here 11 years ago today and have come back to Foxfire for dinner 3 times now. Each time the food is delicious... and just keeps getting better. They use farm fresh, local, clean ingredients. They are a BYOB with plenty of mixers to yourvodka or rum. Tonight we had the Butternut Squash Ravioli which was to die for. I savored every perfectly seasoned bite. Myhusband had the Pablano Venison loin medium rare and it melt in his mouth. It was fantastic. We still love the rustic ambianceand decor. We look forward to coming back with our daughter and recreating some wedding photos. Cannot recommend this placeenough for dinner and weddings. Read more

Went there for a nice Sunday Brunch. The breakfast was fantastic. I had a special, a bagel that was shockingly good and my wife... had a full breakfast platter. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you are in the area stop by. Read more
