Super expensive, but the food is usually good. I would pass on the prepackaged cookies/bars. They always seem to be dry and not... nearly as good as they look. They could use an update on the kid friendly items. Read more

It was a great spot to grab refreshments. I agree that the mac & cheese wasn't the best offering. The salmon was... delicious. And as one would expect being in the mushroom capital of the world, the mushroom soup is exquisite. Read more

The Cafe has food available cafeteria style. You grab your tray ask for an item and it?s plopped into your tray. When you?re... done you go to the register pay and find a seat inside the cafe or in the courtyard. On the weekends there is live musicoutside from around 5-8 pm. This place is convenient to grab food after or before a king exploration of the gardens. The menuis generally highly priced, but given visitors are not allowed to bring in food or re-enter they garden upon departure its notobscenely priced. They could?ve jacked up the price given their captive audience. During the winter the majority of the outdoorseating is covered by a plastic tent and heated.
