Worse wawa ever. Drive up orders? Watch your food get cold at the counter if you park in front of the entrance. Pick up order?... Other wawa have everything together ready for you at the counter. Absolutely rude associate there tall with blond pigtails. We will never return to this store and it's definitely because of her.... The way she screamed at the customers this morning was very uncalled for. A tiny sign on the door is not visible enough for mostcustomers that are in a frenzy, so to be rude and obnoxiously yelling at the customers was uncalled for. I wished I had gottenher name. She shouldn't be working in customer service at all. I feel sorry for her coworkers having to work with her with thatattitude. She then turns off the drink machine which had ice so that the customers couldn't use it. She should've just stayedhome and the world would be a better place. Read more
Maaaan this Wawa location went from being everything right... to really bad... QUICKLY! Speaking of the night time food quality... and service (or lack of). Seemingly in the last few months this location has really plummeted. Tonight I ordered a coffee thatended up being room temperature. I ordered a Sizzli and after waiting for 10+ mins patiently I asked where it was. The girlbehind the counter cycled back through the orders and said it wasn't on her monitor or something like that and she made it. MySizzli came out really bad in terms of taste and quality, and my friend's quesadilla looked horrible as well. How disappointingas this is my local neighborhood Wawa. Read more
Very often too busy with people parked at the pump for ten minutes while inside ordering food I assume. If you're waiting in... line just for gas, you're wasting your time. Go to race track and get in and out quickly and with more room. Prices are thesame. Read more
Best Wawa I've been to in saint Petersburg in the last 2 years I've lived here. Smiling faces ,happy ,fast and they get your... order on point.. happy Friday to me and everyone who sees this stop in and see what I'm talking about I went morning rush andlines back to the bathrooms an I only waited maybe 2 minutes in line an the cashier acted like I was his first customer ever forthe day .. that's the customer service I'm talking about baby!!!!!! I believe i got scammed here this morning for a few dollars. Didn't check my change till i was in the truck. No way what i... purchased was 14.95 as the manager stated when i called. I will be back to go over the purchase. 8/1/22 2 sandwiches 6 dollars acoffee cookie and apple pie 14.95 and received 4.79 change. The change was correct but not the cash good one you thought you gotme. Can't believe it been shopping at Wawa for 35 years or more never had this happen before. If I'm wrong which i know I'm noti will be happy to apologize if I'm right im calling the police. The sales tax doesn't even add to my change cashier can't reada screen or tapping the drawer. Pretty nice gas station and a lot of Variety. I had heard about Wawa's but being from Minnesota you don't ever see them. It is... everything I had heard. The food looks good but I didn't get an opportunity to try anything. Coffee was fresh and hot, theblueberry muffin I had was good also. I will have to try the food next time I come through. Read more
