Normally, this is a good McDonald?s. I always come here but tonight I called the McDonald?s and asked if they had the Mc rib as... I was on my way out there well I was told by the Chinese woman who answered the phone that she didn?t know when I asked to speakto the manager she said ?f ? ?U? and hung up. I have never had this level of disrespect from this establishment? absolutelydisgusting behavior from Chinese employe horrible customer service. Read more
Wouldn't accept my club member coupon. Fish sandwich was fried to a crisp in dirty oil. The fries were soggy. Buns were hard.... Should have went to Chick Fila next door. Read more
The girl with the tattoos at front counter was very polite! She was helpful with the WiFi! There was a very nice young man who... let me use his phone to get a hold of my cousin. I am from St Petersburg! Finally a McDonald's that has awesome customerservice! Great job! Read more
This is my favorite McDonald's. Staff is always warm to me, service is lightning fast, and getting everything hot off the line... is commonplace. I've gone more times than I can count and they only ever missed a few items. More locations should aspire to belike them! Read more

Here I am waiting and waiting.. This place is NOT busy . Lousy service!! ********** OK ? After a four month break I decided to... give this McDonald?s another try. My chicken McNuggets were cold and hard . The manager was nice enough to cook me some goodones . The first time I used this McDonald?s 4 months ago all the hand sanitizers were empty . I counted three , could have beenmore. I asked the manager.. He said he would get them filled up that evening. 4 months later.. Still empty. Can?t believe I?mthe only one mentioning hand sanitizer. Order here the other day, the lady who handled the food at the drive thru was so ignorant, my grandmother is on oxygen mind you... and she seems so impatient to get the food out the window, and my grandmother can only move a certain pace without her losingher breath so quick, and it seemed like the lady at the window wasn?t having it with my grandmother moving slow to hand me ourfood, not only that when I finally go to eat my burger and the bun was so stale made me not even wanna eat my food anymore sopretty much wasted money on.
