Overall not bad. I ordered a happy meal with a Halloween pail through the app. Came out fast. Food was warm (not hot). They... gave me a toy instead of the pail with not even an explanation. If I didn't occasionally crave McDonald's fries I would never goback as they're all just mediocre at this point. Read more
When they say never go through the drive-thru, this is one they're talking about. The order was wrong, the fries were cold and... the price was crazy. I spent $19 on 2 lunches that were cold and not what we ordered. Would have went back but it was lunchtime. And I wish I could say it was the first time but it wasn't. I mean this is McDonald's but... I visited and used the app to order to my table. I was busy on a call so I waited nearly twenty... minutes before going to check on my order which was sitting off to the side waiting for me. I'm assuming the staff either didn'tread the receipt or were too lazy to walk around the corner to deliver my order. They were extremely busy about 45 minutes ago so I went inside to order. I ordered on the kiosks and patiently waited for my... order. It took a bit to get my food but every employee apologized and was extremely polite. I also order customized food and myorder was prepared perfectly! And it was fresh. Waiting in line 30 minutes. Didn't get all of my order. Dogs in the restaurant and one crapped on the floor. Using old grease.... My husband is in the hospital and wanted food.
