Ok I admit it, i simply are there due to the recent social media about their "pillowy soft biscuits" Twitter comment. Pure... marketing genius! I have not eaten in one since the 1970's! I had the Angus bacon something burger. The burger was OK, nothingspecial, the fries were cold. But what made the visit special was the service. The manager stepped up from an interview to takemy order. He was extremely friendly, took my order, up sold me on a combo and told me to have a seat and they would bring thefood out. Then a blondish lady brought out the food and gave a genuine smile and said that she hopes I enjoyed my meal. I ateall my ketchup and went to ask for for more. The two I had spoken to were walking to the back so I asked the cook for a couplemore packets. He handed them to me again with a smile and a bit of friendly banter. So the food was mediocre at best, butservice was perfect. Please note I am a former district manager for a Burger King freanchisee, so I know a bit about fast foodand service. The workers can't do anything about the food (except the cold fries) but made my entire visit pleasant. This was atruly well managed location as i can't think employees would act like that unless treated well and with respect. I hopecorporate takes notice. Read more
