Food was disgusting, cold and rice tasted like it was warmed up from last week. Service was horrible, Emily clearly likes her co... workers but short and almost rude to customers but walks away to smile and laugh with coworkers. Grand Hacienda is just that... GRAND! This restaurant has amazingly delicious and authentic Mexican Cuisine that makes you want... to come back for more! My husband and I split the Grand Hacienda Platter and topped it off with some Fried Ice Cream. SimplyAmazing! The service was very friendly and quick. Parking is a little bit of a walk since this restaurant is attached to theTyrone Mall, although it is accessed from outside. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. We love this place! It has amazing food and some real authentic dishes. My favorite is the birria tacos, yummy! They have a... full bar with and amazing assortment of tequilas, check out the flights or choose your own to share. Service has beenoutstanding even with the changes from covid. Start by saying I love this place! But they got a new Host he says that he is the owners brother. He is changing things that is... scary!! They just started a Bartender for the whole bar Carlos I think is his name with one speed only!! He said the owner saysthat drinks are made all different so that is why he is there! I eat there 3 times a week never had a bad drink from the multi-servers I have had. The tacos were not even plated right no holder at all just laying on the plate. I know Diego would never letthe food come out like that. The drink times are crazy takes 10 to 15 mins to get Carlos to hear you for another drink. Pleasego back to the old and faster way so I can come back and enjoy myself again. I think I meet a woman that I think was a ownergreat woman knows her stuff.
