Everyday I come to this location after work at around 3-3:30pm. Everyday during the week there is the same girl at the... drive-thru window who is very rude. She never says anything, No Hello, how are u nothing. She also doesn?t smile she just takesthe money from u & that?s it. Today 11/4/2022, she was at the drive thru between 3-3:30 again, and I drive up and she doesn?tsay anything to me & doesn?t even tell me how much I owe her like always. Today, I was appalled when I am getting my moneytogether and she said it?s the same amount everyday the walked away. I was not sure if it was to me for sure b/c as soon as shesaid it she didn?t look at me then walked away right away. But she is very rude & unprofessional. Please she needs to get toldor fired b/c this job doesn?t seem like it?s for her. Then she asked me if I wanted the 2 pennies back so I said ?no the sameanswer as always , said Thank You & drove away. It?s the girl that?s there everyday during the week between 3-4pm. She has avery Unpleasant, Unprofessional & Unwelcoming Demeanor. And lately may coffees have made horribly, the staff at this locationuse to make them good but not anymore. Krista H. Read more
This place used to get orders wrong allot. They have vastly improved and have a very friendly staff now who actually listen to... the orders and get them correct most of the time. Food and coffee was very good! Read more
Employees were discussing their phones, after waiting a few or more minutes I went to the pick-up counter thinking they had not... seen me. I was told they knew I was there I just needed to wait, 6 employees 1 customer, I think waiting was not necessary. Iguess knowing how to use your phone is more important than a customer. Read more
I hate to give them 3 stars because usually they're on top of it, but unfortunately not only did I take the drive thru for a... late coffee around 5pm, when only one car was in line, it took atleast 10+ minutes to even order. I asked for a large icedcoffee with extra cream and sugar, and they put the entire sugar packet (paper and all) in the coffee. Idk if it was a mistakeif it was because they were having a bad day.. they seemed upset when I got up to the window (I even gave a tip to try to helpher smile). But anyway, I didn't realize the coffee had the sugar packet until I finished it and went to toss it. Here's apicture. Read more
It's hit or miss. Mostly miss. The staff is sometimes excellent, sometimes they're complete trash. I'd give it 3 stars but I had... to knock another one off for their habit of consistently adding granulated sugar to a cold latte instead of liquid sugar almostevery time I ask for a drink extra sweet. It's almost comical that people who do that get to work in a coffee shop at all. Thebest part is when you specify liquid sweetener and they look at you like you're stupid for being specific as if they alreadyknow better. I work close by though and it's often my last resort on busy days... I go pretty frequently. As far as last resortsgo, you could do worse but I wouldn't recommend it if you have actual options. Also if you go on days when the staff is mad it'sthe best because they're normally yelling or doing the whole low energy teenager thing. If nothing else it's extremelyentertaining. Read more
I did not expect this avocado toast to be so good and the customer service was really good as well.
Unacceptable. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for my kids, obviously burnt but yet the woman still wrapped them up and put them... in our bag? I opened them up and would not accept the concept that this person no doubt could see how burnt they were and stillgave them to us. I went back to inform the manager and receive my money back as they do not deserve service. The woman who didit responded rudely with an attitude like I did something wrong.
