Just went threw the drive thru they were trying to give us the wrong order. They also charged us for the wrong order my total... was $29 and some change they charged my card $41 and some change. We told the lady at the window and we had to pay again for thecorrect amount and then were refunded. The problem here is if I wouldn't of checked my account to see how much I paid the firsttime I would have been screwed. They need to pay better attention. Read more
It's 9:57pm, I just came out of there. One girl working everything, sigh....for just one person it's overwhelming, but this girl... brought out our food fast with a smile and great customer service! On March 16th I placed an order online for pickup, since I was at St. Pete Hospital being induced and had a small window left to... eat. My husband walked over to pickup the food and when he arrived "they were closed". The person refused to give him our foodthat we had ordered and paid for. Told him that they were closed. He then called the Checkers Helpline number and we were toldwe would be reimbursed for the order. It's June now and still haven't received a refund yet. Never place an order online forthis Checkers unless you like not receiving your food or your money back!! Read more
So 5 stars you ask...for Checkers? Yes indeed! We went on Saturday afternoon. There speaker was not working so you had to go to... the window to order. We ordered burgers, fries, monsterella sticks, etc. Believe it or not, the food came out in less than 4minutes fresh, hot, and right! Now that is service! Such a great experience deserves praise! I never expect quality from fast food, if the fries are cold or if my order is wrong it?s all luck of the draw, but when you?re... serving RAW chicken and made me sick and throw up, this deserves a one star review. This Checkers location closes early all thetime, they have openly said they won?t make certain food or desserts because that area is clean for the night but this is thelast straw and quite disgusting at that. Loved the girl in the drive through but I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings sweet and spicy honey barbecue. Just got home and... opened it, this is how much 'barbecue' sauce was on them. You guys can do better! Thankfully I have barbecue sauce at home! Read more
Just went to the drive thru at 11:30AM on a Saturday (their posted opening hour is 10AM). Nobody came on the speaker even when I... said hello. Drove to the window.
