Like Charley's, but this location is the filthiest I've ever seen. Front counter doesn't look like is been cleaned in a week.... The grill. Same. Filthy. The toaster doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months or longer. The napkin holder, I didn't evenwant to touch. 2pm and 3 people standing around. Should have been cleaned by this time even if there was a lunch rush, which Idoubt. No iced tea and no turkey. Would be a 1 star review but the kid at the counter was polite, made the order and seemed tobe the only one working while the other 2 were in the back. Read more
I love that place but everything it?s so slow. I work in the mall and if I ever want to get something from Charlie?s it has to... be when I?m off because they do be taking like 30 just for one simple order.. honestly that?s why nobody goes there because theytake hours and hours to do one simple sandwich!!! The cashiers and the staff seem to be inexperienced and not well trained. The food turns out OK, but I have had some orders not... matching my order. The cashier (order taker) need to be more professional. On one of my visits, the price on the receipt was 30cents more than what was on the board "menu". When I inquired about it, the cashier said "the price on the board has not yetbeing updated". Considering the lack of professionalism of the cashier, I let it go - not worth arguing about 30 cents. Stopped at the mall to pick up a few things. My friend and I decided to eat in food court. She had never eaten at Charley?s... Cheesesteaks. I bragged them up. We both ordered a small Philly cheesesteak combo. She had the fiesta fries. I should have knownwe were in trouble when the kid ringing could not remember our drinks. He asked THREE times. My friend wanted iced tea, but themachine was out of order. The place looked dirty. My friend was going to clean the outer counter while we waited. The napkinholder was empty. We told the man ringing up the orders and he went and gave us some paper towels. The man cooking kept takinghis hat off and running his hand through his hair. I noticed that he was making one steak and one chicken. I told him that wehad 2 steaks. He boxed them anyways. My friend ended up taking the chicken. Her fiesta fries had cheese and ranch squirted onthem. Nothing like the pic. The food was disgusting. SO disappointed. I will never eat at that location again! Read more

Stopped at the mall for a quick lunch. This place is delicious. Fries come with bacon also, I dont eat bacon. Lemonade is indeed... fresh lemonade. SO GOOD? Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited more than 10 minutes just to order food with no one in front of me. The two... staff members working had no urgency and no customer service skills. I finally order and they?re out of ketchup, a basic thingall food places should carry. I wait 15 more minutes for my food, I walk up to the counter to ask if my food is almost ready,the girl working there tells me she already called my number and someone took the food. I had been sitting 10 feet away waitingso I know for a fact she never called my number for my food. I showed her my receipt and told her I still haven?t gotten my foodyet, she slowly goes to tell her coworker to tell him someone took my food. Instead of offering to make my food again they havea continuous conversation about how someone else took my food. At that point I?m tired of waiting and I just ask for a refund.No sorry no nothing. I would never come back here. I waited 30 minutes in total for food I never received. The worst experience. Read more
