Tiffany is always pleasant and smiling. My mom is going through organ failure and she hasn't eaten much in months. She asked me... for a sausage egg and cheese croisandwich after I had already ordered. Tiffany personally went and made the sandwich and told meshe hopes it makes her day. That day was one of the best days my mom had had In a long time. It really meant the world that shemade the sandwich and her well wishes for my mom. It's really easy working in fast food for things to get to you and affectsyour whole mood. It's a breath of fresh air to see someone not taking their frustration out on the world. Read more
This place is unbelievable.way under staff, drive through forget that no one had had a mic one their head the drive thru 2 x... and no one said hello , they were open .. 33rd time driving thru the drive through. Still had to wait for some one to can I takeyour order... To many young people working .. Hire people with better work ethics...I'll be calling the corp office .... Every time I come to this burger king, the drive-thru is excruciatingly slow. I'm waiting in the line for 20 minutes to get four... cheeseburgers. Only one car was ahead of me at the time, and the lobby was almost empty. Empires have risen and fallen in lesstime than I've waited in this drive-thru. Read more
Does anyone work here any more? Went thru the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the car... to order. When I pulled up, they asked me to wait a minute which turned out to be another 10 minutes before I drove away. Thisis ridiculous. People only have so much time for lunch and Burger King is not the place to go. Is the window person also thecook? I mean what the hell could take a fast food restaurant so long to take 2 orders? Me and my husband went to this Burger King yesterday morning 08-08-22 and the cashier who took our order was absolutely amazing.... Her name is Syltico. She was more than helpful, friendly, kind, and happy she went out of her way to help and make sure all thecustomers were happy. Our experience was wonderful thanks to her. She definitely deserves a raise. Not often do you find someonewho is amazing at their job and full of joy. Usually get great food and service here, one of my favorite Burger Kings, hence the 4 stars. But just went through the drive... through today to get a whopper combo, the cashier mixed use my order with the person behind me so I needed to getting chargedfor 2 whopper meals. Then when I pulled out I went to take a sip of my coke and there was no coke? just some light brown tonicwater. So I try to call the store to let you guys know to change out the coke syrup, and the number dosnt work? And that?s my$20 whopper meal with brown tonic water story. 9-12-21 at 1120 am. Read more
Worst burger King. I asked for an impossible with everything and extra pickle and add mustard. I got a impossible with only... mustard and 3 pickles! Nothing was fresh! Unfortunately I didn't realize this till I got home. It was like a ghost town when Iwent so I assumed they would make things fresh ! The burger was raw! I will never go here again! The manager Tiffany re made ourburgers after we called and drove back to get them remade. They were correct this time but they need to fix their burger cookerto not have the burgers red inside.
