We waited is line for 15-20 minutes. When got to the cashier ( African American woman with no name tag), we request a plain... pretzel and three with salt, the woman refused to serve us any pretzel. Told us there was no more, when there was clearlypretzel available in the heating tray. The couple in front of us requested freshly made pretzel and she offered to make them noproblem. So, I requested if she could make us freshly made pretzel and she said no. Not sure what the problem was, but I willdefinitely not go there anymore. Read more
