Happy to say that our visit today was great. Got all the details right at the drive thru.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because they ran out of flour and decided they didn?t need to tell people who... already put in their order. We were far enough in the drive thru, already put in our order, and we?re landlocked so we couldn?tleave. When we asked for compensation for the wait, the manager said no. Read more

Have gone to this location for years. Great food and service. But, today we order two salads to eat in the location. We got our... food, I went back and asked for couple of forks. The lady told me they were out of forks. How do you eat a salad with out afork???? Humm, Wal-Mart is across the street!!!! Go get some forks. Disappointing and unacceptable. Decided to go to Zaxby's for dinner for my family - no one felt like cooking and we have not gone to Zaxby's in quite a while.... Went through the drive thru. Asked for a signature club sandwich, signature club sandwich meal, and a Zaxby's Zen salad.Neither club sandwich was a club sandwich but just crispy chicken sandwiches. Grilled chicken on my zen salad was burnt. WOWZaxby's! For real? What happened to checking to make sure the order was right and edible? ???? My salad was old and showed signs of it with rusty dark discoloration had to remove a bunch of pieces of wedges leaving not much... but a bunch of chopped cucumbers and rancid tasting old lettuce ????
