Easily the worst wendys I've ever been to. They routinely close at 3 pm, at 1pm they act as if its midnight and you're doing... them a disservice by trying to get some food. Sat at the callbox for 10 minutes, nothing but silence, or perhaps it wasdiscrimination, they had no issue with immediately taking the order of the person behind me after I left. Read more
Tried this location for the first time. Not the worst I've had but not very good. They had no soft drinks and were only able... to provide tea or lemonade. Speed of service was average. The girl in the drive-thru window wasn't rude but was constantly onher phone and cutting up with other employees rather than paying attention to my order or taking my payment. The double pubburger I got was extremely dry, like the meat was sitting on the grill for a long time. Wendys is hit or miss. I would callthis location a definite miss. Read more
Gross and incompetent. They yet again gave me the wrong drink, and when I called to ask to swap it out for the one I ordered, it... sounded like the building was full of screaming toddlers to the point where I could not hear the person on the phone. Not onlydid she refuse to make the switch for me because they were closed at 5 PM, but she also claimed I could not return the next daybecause the order would be "annihilated" by then and thus a swap impossible. I guess leaving a note for the next shift isdifficult in a restaurant which apparently doubles as a daycare center. Now I have to go through Wendy's horrible corporaterefund process because the restaurant refuses to honor any refunds in person. Avoid the headache, eat somewhere else. There's areason this place can't find enough help to stay open past 5 PM. Read more
I started doing this review because it's 3:20 on a Friday and when I went to the door to eat in I couldn't even open the door it... was locked then I turned around and here comes a fire truck inside but there's no workers at all in the dining room there's nocustomer so I don't know what happened but there was a long line through the drive-through just don't make no sense. Repeating the order back to customer at the speaker box prevents confusion. I suggest you guys start doing that. This is the... second time I?ve asked for a 10 piece nugget meal and they assume I said a number 10. Just repeat the order. Don?t argue withthe customer about what they said. When the line gets busy, just do what you?re supposed to do and everything will continue toflow smoothly. Don?t cut corners. Read more
Horrible attitudes here and horrible food. The Taco Salad came with a bowl of chili that was watery and a bag of stale tortilla... chips that have an expiration date of 10.14.21. No straws for drinks. Place is a joke, if you're not happy with your job, don'twork, plenty of other people looking for a place to work, that would love to take the spots you guys occupy. Read more
It was a good evening to get some chicken nuggets???? I just about ate all my fries (large) and 4 orders of nuggets. The drive... thru service was okay. I had to wait like 7 minutes for my order, but it was nice and hot ready for consumption. #yum Read more
This Wendy?s is a real pain in the you know what, they lie all the time too, they?re only open drive thru only Monday through... Sunday, but it?s more than 4 people working in there, so how can the drive thru only be open, in factuality the workers are justlazy, they?ve been drive thru only since the pandemic that was three years ago, something ain?t adding up, how do you hire moreworkers and still have the dining area closed like what?s the point!!!
