Absolutely horrible. Several times we have gone when the door and window says they are still open, yet they say they are closed.... One time when we were eating inside a lady came to the door and they wouldn't let her in it was 7:30pm and the door says 9pm.Corporate if you see this, can you please explain why they are allowed to do this? I ordered a Dave's Double meal and they gave me 2 patties with cheese, soggy fries, and they were cold. Didn't bother going... inside to complain. I know the hardship with staffing. But, if you're going to make us wait 25 minutes on the DT line, atleast get the orders right. Read more

Horrible. I went here on my lunch break today the service was atrocious. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and they gave me a... hamburger. I advise them of this and instead of making the sandwich fresh and correctly, they took the piece of meat of andjust threw the chicken on there. Then when I asked them make it fresh the service worker from the back of the house comes to thewindow, yells " there is nothing wrong with that sandwich it was made fresh" are you serious?? Unprofessional. And the manageracted like he had no control over the establishment, couldn't find his way put of a paper bag. They need to do better. Read more
Food was good and the manager on the cash register was very friendly. Crew was efficient, but I did see the fry cook pull his... phone out of his pocket, send a text and then put it back in his pocket without changing gloves! Read more
Horrible customer service. Always rude- throw your food at you - don?t say thank you, your welcome- they don?t say anything -... not even a smile. I stopped coming here because the service is so bad. I tried it again about 2 weeks ago and they were great -very pleasant, great customer service. So I figured they must have new management. Guess not because I went today and back tothe same horrible customer service. On top of that I got home and my order was wrong - completely wrong - what I ended up withwas at least $3 less for the meal than what I ordered. It wasn't busy lunch just started but this was the rudest Grey shirt I've ever seen at a Wendy's and I've been eating Wendy's... for over 20 years. Didn't speak smile or care about taking my order until he was ready. Left without even buying anything. Wanted a hot honey sandwich but rather spend my money elsewhere. Read more
