This tropical smoothie is a great location. Both the employees were super nice and communicated well. They made my smoothie... especially fast and were very apologetic about my MAYBE 2-minute wait. I order delivery every morning but after visiting inperson, I will probably choose to physically go by when I want smoothies moving forward. Thanks for a great experience!! Read more
The Alvocolda smoothie and Pesto Chicken Flatbread was awesome! I would have given 5 stars had they not ran out of the Harvest... Cheddar Sun Chips and I had to settle for baked lays. For some reason, it's common for locations to run out of chips, it's notjust this one. However the food and smoothies are always good! Every now and then you may get a smoothie that is too runny andnot thick enough, all you have to do is let them know and they can add ice to thicken it up. Went here for lunch today, the service was fast and efficient. A nice lady named Anna took my order. Makayla made my flatbread... efficiently. Emily made my smoothie taste fruity and delicious. I usually always come to this tropical smoothie and it always has been an awesome experience but unfortunately today I was very... disappointed. All the employees looked so miserable like they didn?t want to be there. The girl who checked us out (I believeher name is Makayla) was super sweet and kind though! So this was my first experience at a Tropical Smoothie location. First of all, I was never greeted walking in, which already set... the stage for an unpleasant experience. It was so awkward, no one said anything until I walked to the register (and I was theonly customer in there) . I ordered the island green smoothie & avocado grilled cheese. In terms of taste and quality.. for meit?s kinda just bland. Island green is just lightly sweet.. no real flavor and the avocado grilled cheese is kinda just okay. Typically, when ordering smoothies from a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, they are well blended and ready to drink. Today however was... different. I had a smoothie that was muddled over and not really blended at all. I ordered the blueberry bliss. In flavor, itwas phenomenal. In drinkability... it was a struggle. It was full of large ice chucks, blueberry, banana and strawberry pieces.I could hardly use a straw to drink it. If I had more time, I would have taken it back and asked them to finish blending it. Great place to go if you want a healthier choice in food. I was just getting done with a workout and had the craving for... Tropical Smoothie. Keep in mind I've never had it before. I order white cheddar chicken flatbread, and a Blimey Limey smoothie.BLEW MY MIND!!! The food was so good!!! The smoothie was perfect!!! Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking forsomething healthier. And not only that but it was surprisingly fast!! The staff was sweet and patient.
