What kind of ham is this? It is baked with about 10% glaze on the very top! I have been buying hams here for years and have... always been able to preview the ham I want before making the purchase. I was told that I could not preview the ham this year dueto their COVID-19 no-opening policy. I bought the ham assuming it would be nice and glazed! I opened it this morning(Thanksgiving Day) and you can see what I purchased! What do you think honey baked customers? To me, it looks pathetic andmanagement should never have put that ham on the shelf for sale. I usually don?t like to write negative reviews, but this costlyproduct does NOT live up to the standard I expect from Honey Baked Ham! Shame on you for taking advantage of a long timecustomer! We used HBH for an employee appreciation lunch this week to feed 40+ team members. Everyone enjoyed their lunches and HBH team... made the process so easy and enjoyable. We ordered through a third party but the manager was sure to call and confirm time anddetails with me the day before. The boxes were clearly labeled and any modifications needed were made.
