Worst experience ever, had to go back to the store 3 times to get my order right, manager yelled at me then ran away, then an... employee gave me 2 fake numbers for corporate, the guy tried to convince me that the phone number was 1-800-TACO, seriously.District mgr, supposed to call me back, didn't. they tried to bribe me with 2 free tacos. If currently it?s past 10:30 PM and you?re looking for a place to grab a quick bite, don?t do it girl. Expect a 30 minute wait... MINIMUM. Currently 4 employee cars parked outside and the wait so far has been 30 minutes (haven?t ordered yet), so managementis clearly at fault. Cashiers are always really nice. The lobby should just be closed if you don?t have enough people for both lobby and drive thru. Multiple employees just looked at... me while I was standing at the front counter because my order was incorrect. I spoke to a young man with AIRPODS HANGING OUT OFHIS FREAKING EAR. Which is probably why I never got my food remade even after he said he was making it. Then the poor girl whowas doing lobby and drive thur saw me and helped get my items correct. Really sad when the manger just looks at you and walksaway. Then when I got my tacos correct finally they were upside down and spilled out everywhere. Waste of my time, energy, andmoney. we came late at night with a long order. drive thru person was super patient with us and they got our whole complicated order... right!! they even gave us large drinks instead of the small ones we bought :). wish i asked the name of the drive thru personbecause they were so nice and patient. Paid for double beef, received no beef. Ate several bites before I opened it up and realized no matter how far I went I was not... getting anything else. Just lettuce, cheese, and ranch sauce on a hard taco shell. All 3 I ordered were the same, no meat.Apparently they are trying to force me to go vegetarian. Really disappointing. Wish I had time to go back but lunch break wasover and I had to go back to work. I should have gone to Wendy's or Arby's. Read more
The people or process here is always on point. I was able to get 12 tacos faster than a single large french fry at the... McDonald's across the street. Both were mobile orders, TB just cares more. Read more
Best taco bell I have ever been to. Luisa is so sweet and has the best customer service skills.
The food is consistent and accurate. The staff that works there are nice and friendly I only wish they could be staffed fully as... they have had to close due to shortages. They appear to be renovating and I hope that encourages people to want to work there. Read more
