I was at this location this past Friday afternoon. When coming in to place my order I wanted at the counter for 5 min before... being helped. A young female employee thought it was more productive talking to a male friend then helping me. Once I ordered.My toppings were placed on my sandwich and was advised only mayo packets were available to put on my sandwich. I asked her tojust squeeze on on. She huffed and said well ok customers usually do it themselves. Just real attitude! After finishing my orderI sat down at a table only to see her again go back and sit at a table to converse with the male again. She left another femaleyoung employee to do all the work. I have been going here for awhile and normally do not have any issues. Since they've change management it started lacking but... today was it for me. Everytime they cut my bread they were destroying the bread itself. Like what is a torn sandwich going tohold, it's going to hold nothing and be messy. I asked the young lady if she can change my bread, I honestly just thought thebread was the problem until the second time they cut the bread and it was torn again. It's a shame I had to point out theobvious. I just ended up leaving and told them nicely nevermind and no thanks. Read more

Terrible service, old lettuce. The kid was super rude and as he was making the sandwich he put a bunch of wilted brown lettuce... on. I asked why the lettuce was brown, he said it's the stem... I could clearly see it was most of the lettuce in the containerthat was brown and rotten looking. The sub was for my very picky daughter who I knew would complain about it. The kid took offa little brown leaf from the sub and just squirted mayo all over it. Then when I was paying, (and I still gave the brat 15%tip!) I said yes I would like the receipt he just drops it on the counter. On top of the awful service and yesterday's lettuce,my family and I had all tried to use the restroom because it was a long drive to get where we were going, the bathroom wasgross and no t.p. or paper towels. The attendant was friendly fast and efficient. I orded a philly cheesesteak and it wasn't very hot nor was the cheese melted.... For $14 dollars that's just unfortunate. I probably won't return. Read more

I've been going to this Subway for over 20 years and I am so disappointed in the new management. He is rude and nickels and... dimes his customers for olives and jalapeños. He does not take coupons. He told me that he never seen me before and that Iwasn't a regular, I was only there for the coupon. The audacity! He says businesses that take coupons don't know business? Nosir, you do not know good customer service or business! Going to the one on Canton Rd from here on out! Read more

I will never order from this subway again! The manger is rude first of all. He charge me extra for Jalapeno and Olive which is... crazy. The previous owner didn't charge or any subway don't do that. I went another time I had coupons for their new all starline up and he rudely told me they don't do coupons because he loosing money. SMH Read more

This is my favorite location. I'm always treated with love and respect. My sandwich was so good. I wanted a second one.
