There's no way Steak n shake selling butter burgers this dry. There were two in my order but dry and the meat was thin and... crispy I requested extra onions on one but both had a pinch of burnt onions. I have eaten here many times and will continue to do so, because it happens to be the only burger place open this late in my... direct area. So for convenience sake I will give it three stars instead of anything less. I say it is convenient, but do beprepared to wait about twenty or more minutes for a single burger and fries and that is if there is hardly any people there. Ifthere are people here, the wait will increase substantially per each individual. If you happen to be eating inside theestablishment, expect that you will need to clean off the table and chairs yourself. Every time I go into this location, it isas if they do not clean the dining area at all. I do not recommend eating inside. The foods quality is to be expected as it is afast food restaurant, so do not expect anything amazing. It is merely convenient. Read more
My goodness, I?m beside myself with this place. 33 min in the drive up line since they decided to close the inside (probably... due to staffing). I?m aware just about every business suffers with staff, but rude staff too?? Cmon, If you are your job, justquit. They moved slow as molasses and hardly spoke. At the pick up window she just started my total and put her hand out. Then15 min later when it was ready she just held the bags out the window. How is this place even open anymore ....no more server service....you order at a kiosk and then have to go up and get your food... when they call your order number. There was only 3 other tables here with us. You serve your own drinks in togo cups...so theybasically have turned this into a take out place.....not sure if the other locations are doing the same, but not sure if I wantto come back to this one unless it goes back to the way it used to be ... surprisingly, the food was ok...but they have taken ALOT of things off the menu . Food was great but the bathrooms were absolutely atrocious and the manager guy was courting on the phone while helping us with... ordering. He also got a little snappy with another customer? food was good though and the main eating space was very very clean. Read more
The rate would be more like 2.5 stars. So I went with my family and my food was fried too long. Also, my wife's order was wrong.... It was just a lot of confusion. The cooks were trying their best but seemed like there was no management. I wish them the bestbut don't think I'll be going back. Read more
I don't understand how a burger can be this smashed in a bag that was already missing both the large fries and only had 2... burgers inside with some cheese cups. Like did they just walk on top of our order? Also tried to order pickup to offset it beinga Friday night to not hog the drive thru and to just pop in and out to pick up the order. Except we get to the store all thedoors are locked and no one allowed us inside at 930 even tho they close at midnight. So we call and they say to go in the drivethru line to pick up the order. We had to sit there for 45mins before we got our order. Then they put the order in a sealed bagso I couldn't even quickly check if it was correct without making the extremely long drive thru line wait even more. So we gethome and not only is our food soggy, cold and literally thrown together but smashed down like someone sat on our food or stompedon it. And missing 2 large fries to go with the cheese cups. I literally paid $30 worth of straight garbage. Read more
I should have looked at the reviews first. We ordered a number 3 and the Triple Steak-burger meal. Both sandwiches were burnt,... and our steak patties were hard as a rock. I can?t believe a cook served this. I will not go to this location, nor will Irecommend this location to anyone. Read more
