Tell me how I literally dropped my plastic reusable cup at school and went in to try to get just a replacement for the bottom... since it literally SHATTERED and it?s plastic? and the manager just tried to convince me I RAN OVER MY OWN CUP ???? (LOL) andthen when I told her I dropped it she said if she was to drop a cup right now it wouldn?t even break how mine did? rude,literally trying to say that I didn?t even drop it what? wild. Just bought this cup on Friday but no longer haha. Wasn?t evengonna write a review bc I get they can?t replace it That?s fine but it?s the manager trying to say I ran it over for me? Read more

I hardly ever order from Starbucks but today I decided to do so. I placed my order through GrubHub at 3:10 , I arrived at the... building at 3:15 ish. I sat there from 3:15-3:35 for about 20 mins until I finally gave up and I choose to walk out because Ihad somewhere to be. I try to be patient as a customer because I know what it?s like to be on the receiving end in the fast foodindustry, but it?s just really frustrating to sit there and watch them habe 6 baristas out on duty and there taking there sweettime. I saw numerous amounts of people who ordered after me , that got there drink before I got like (which I never did). Like Isaid I understand how busy customer service gets and I understand how stressful it can be but there?s some standards that youneed to have , and one of them is not taking your sweet to make the drinks. I placed an order through GrubHub at around 10:30. 11:00 rolled around and not only had my order not been made yet, but other... people who had ordered after me were getting their orders made first. I had a class at 11:15 so of course I was annoyed andbrought it up, the woman working just passively aggressively said ?We?re making orders as we get them?. Then why were otherpeople who ordered AFTER I did served before me??? I completely understand what it?s like to work in customer service and beunderstaffed - it?s a feeling I know all too well. But it?s simply unfair to prioritize the orders of people who ordered afterme and cause me to be late to class, especially when I ordered early. Read more

As a barista at another Starbucks, this has to be the worst one I?ve been to. They had not started my drink and I told them I... forgot to order a milk alternative since I can?t have regular milk. The lady just rolled her eyes and told me I had to go backin line and order the drink again. At any other starbucks location, this would not happen. If someone told me this I would?vemade their drink no problem. The people were very rude and it definitely did not feel like I was welcome. Read more

I'm a barista. I know how hard it is to keep up with lines and complicated orders. Usually, I am incredibly understanding of... these obviously stressed out baristas and their insanely long lines. However, today, when I ordered an iced latte with a singlecustomization, the lady on the register openly rolled her eyes at me. This is not the first time I have had a rude encounterwith these baristas, but having the barista so blatantly negatively react to my fairly simple order was mind boggling. It'spretty clear this Starbucks does not get the same training as corporate Starbucks, but you would expect them to uphold theirvalues a bit more. Perhaps if the university paid these baristas the proper amount for their work the service would be better. Read more

Lady with golden braids that I assume is the manager is unprofessional and unexceptional . Second encounter with her. First time... I only wanted a large cup of ice. Told her I would pay the difference. Couldn?t even finish my statement before she handed me asmall cup and shooed me out the line. Second attempted. I did not realize the store closed @ 6pm however when I checked myclock it was 5:58 and she still had 3 other people in line. She left her post to close the door on me. I politely said ?Ma?am,I?m in line as well.? She looked at me and said that I didn?t make it @ 6pm and closed the door on me. WONT be spending my hardearn money here again. ???????? Read more

I cannot stress enough how upset I was as a customer to pay $8.06 for my refresher and snack only to receive a cup halfway... filled with the beverage and to be charged an extra 60 cent for no ice! If I'm going to be charged why not fill my cup? This isridiculous! Please reconsider how you all treat your customers. Read more
