This was the worst Starbucks experience I?ve had. I think it had something to do with the three girls working on Friday,... September 23rd at 7:00pm who didn?t seem to care about what they were giving out to people. I received an ice coffee and thattasted like sugar water and had the appearance of muddy rain water and the coffee was translucent. The other coffee I orderedwas the oat milk apple crisp and have about inch of coffee compared to the rest of the venti cup filled with oat milk. We endedup throwing both drinks away because they tasted so bad. I?ve never left a bad review before but I was left with a sour taste inmy mouth for Starbucks. The lady with red hair is awesome! I asked for an unusual complicated drink and she was so kind and made it perfectly. Lately... starbucks has been a little disappointing but she helped me gain back a little faith in them. Read more
They got my order wrong twice. My ribbon crunch tasted like bitter water. And they took 30 minutes to get my order to me. Awful... experience. I would have gone back for them to correct it, but I was already on the hwy when I realized. 15 dollars wasted. Read more
Nice location, great patio. Good reviews about the staff and the coffee, but not a great first impression for sitting down and... spending a little time to chill or work here. I certainly would not bring a client here for coffee - maybe it?s just the staffworking late afternoon on a Friday? Bits of paper towel and toilet paper all over the floor in the restroom. Faucet handle wasgreasy. Dirty rugs at the doors to the store. Bits of restroom paper towel, napkins, a couple spots of product and unswept griton the floor of restroom and store. Beverage container rings and crumbs on the self serve sugar/creamer bar and some tables. Hadto wipe off a couple myself. Kitchen and coffee equipment might be ok, but when customer spaces are not clean, customers wonderwhat else might be neglected. Without a doubt my favorite Starbucks location. I come several times a week and I?ve never been disappointed. Coffee is good and... the staff if even better! Highly recommend! Read more
Good outdoor seating and quick service. Ask if you want room for Milk or not.
I would have to say this is the best Starbucks I?ve been into in coming all the way from buckhead they gave me the best services... each day I came,. Workers this morning was the young man & young lady were very nice in made everything so perfect I had anamazing experience,.
