Drive thru is the slowest ever. It was fast at one time. No more. I will not return. 20 minutes is excessive.

The Starbucks near the campus! Go get your coffee. They do a great job. They were out of my usual but the young lady helping... me made great substitute suggestions and was really sweet about it, so if they are out of something try to be kind and just askfor a suggestion, they will hook it up so a tip would be nice...LOL Read more

I used to love this location - the baristas are always super friendly - however, their equipment is often on the fritz, causing... long wait times and hold ups and unfortunately, the baristas do not then pay super close attention to orders. Many times mydrink has been both input and made with dairy when I?ve asked for nondairy milk. I had a grande latte that was only half fulland mostly whip cream (again, dairy - this could be a HUGE deal to someone with allergies). Little things like that that canreally make or break someone?s day. I wish they could slow down and pay closer attention. In the meantime, I?ll be switching upmy Starbucks because I?m tired of paying full price for mediocre drinks. Read more

I usually do the drive-thru at this location, but in the mornings the line gets pretty long (understandably). I decided to go... inside and there was no line. I waited at the register and one employee asked if I needed my order taken. I said yes and theydid not take my order. I waited around ten minutes at the registar and then another guy walked in, cut me off, and the sameemployee rushed to the register to take his order. I understand this starbucks is busy in the mornings, but I don?t think itshould take more than 10 minutes before someone decides to take my order. Also, the employees in the morning didn?t seem likethey really cared about getting orders out, dispite the mass amounts of orders they get. Almost every employee behind thecounter was not taking their job seriously (talking, not moving with purpose, etc). Overall, my drink was good I just didn?tfeel acknowledged. Read more

Service is moving at turtle pace. Their machine is down and the staff is buzzing about but should?ve said before we order that... it?s going to take 23 minutes for a latte. Read more

I am a fan of Starbucks in general. I was not very thrilled about this place. There was no line but still it took forever for a... simple coffee. A very slow place. They need to focus on it. If you are in a hurry to grab a coffee, this may not be the place. Read more

I just have to say that I was having a bit of a stressful morning and accidentally pre-ordered to the incorrect store but as... soon as the barista saw my order, she got started. They provided fast, super friendly service and it really put a smile on myface. Thank you so much for being a kind employee. (Wish I knew her name) but everyone seemed very sweet there!
