I ordered online and when I got there my smoothie was ready. Very polite at the window.
20+ minutes past the pick up time. The purpose of mobile ordering is the grab and go to save time, but I ended up waiting... exponentially longer than any walk in order. Good location, but the service is VERY slow even when properly staffed. Read more
Smoothie King smoothies are generally consistent in taste/quality. The service has been getting better overall amongst locations... in the area as well. I have a lot of subs for allergies/some preferences. I also have bad anxiety so ordering multiple smoothiesfor the family can be overwhelming. Laralee took my order this morning and it was great. She was patient, pleasant, andaccurate, which helped to put me at ease. This isn't the only good experience with smoothie king associates (I've had a coupleof bad as well), but today was horrible and she made this part easy. I think she's taken my order before and if it was her thosetimes as well, she always goes over and above. Read more

Scrumptious???????????????????? I love my smoothies. The customer service was great. My order tasted delicious and zero... complaints. They are doing a great job with their work ethics and the timing speed of getting your drink to you within 4minutes (my opinion). I was able to call my order in before I got there. They even asked about where I was so they would know when to blend it. It's a... small location, but efficient. They have a friendly staff and your order is ready pretty quick from what I could see. I enjoyedevery sip of my mango kale smoothie. Thank you smoothie king! This location is terrible! They?re always over charging me and blame their scanning system for it. Just doesn?t make sense. I?m... so over it and will for now on go too the one located at 3103 Cobb pkwy. Much better service and they NEVER overcharge!! Read more
