I don't even know where to start. How is this place in business? My little kids wanted Popeye's chicken, and I drove about 15... minutes one way to this location. The lady who took my order in the drive through was soooo rude and inpatient. They were outof fries, beans and rice, spicy chicken. She also said that they were about to close. It was about 6:15pm. Their sign says10pm. When I got my bag of food, I asked if my 8 pieces of biscuits was in the bag, and I was told it should be. Got home, andthere were no biscuits. The food was terrible. My kids didn't like at all. Called the store about my biscuits, and was told tocome back. I wasn't willing to drive 30 minutes for biscuits that I already asked if they put in bag. I was also told thebiscuits are complementary . I ordered a family meal with 3 sides and 8 biscuits with 16 pieces of chicken. That's exactly whatwas listed on the drive through menu. Now that they forgot about the biscuits and wasn't willing to drive back, the biscuits areall of a sudden complementary? Worst part was the food was not good at all. Worstttttt location I have ever been to and I had my credit card stolen by a cashier from another location to tell you how bad... this one is. I have been there 3 times. Each time they mess up the orders and the wait is no less than 35min. The first timethey left off 2 sides, 2nd time they burned my tenders like chicken jerky to the point of being inedible, and this 3rd and lasttime they gave us 10 instead of 12 tenders ($21), left off our mashed potatoes, left off our half dozen biscuits, and gave us aquestionably brown tinted drink for ?sprite?. Its obvious they are cutting corners and ripping people off intentionally.Corporate needs to desperately shut this one down. Read more

08/17/2022: 6:00PM, doors locked, no signage explaining short staffed or no payroll money, nothing. Pulled up to speaker, sign... stating soft drink machine broken (not the first time) The Order Marquee now Only has Coke, Doctor Pepper, Tea. No Diet Dr Pepper, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sprite Zero. I ordered the TV $6 PROMOTION of Butterfly Shrimp with side (mashed potatoes) andbiscuit. I ordered mash and slaw as an extra side. I asked to order another count of just shrimp and was told I had to orderanother box No. I pulled around to pay and it was $9.21 and I thought they charged a lot for an extra side. She gave me thebag, I advised her the slaw was there but the potatoes were missing. Oh, were out of mashed potatoes, (6:15PM). No, you chargedme $9.21 for the box and extra side and the Promotion on TV and the App say $6.00 Oh No, those are corporate promotions.Franchises don't have to honor those if they don't want to. My opinion is that This is The Second worst Franchise Popeyes storebehind Cartersville. I have never been to Bakers Road Location. After 24 months of trying to give them business and they arealmost always out of shrimp, no soft drinks, merchant card machine locked, out of wings, out of breast; it is My Opinion thatThis Franchise is Not solvent. The chicken is good. That's about it. Dining room is still not open. The drive through line was extremely slow because the... speaker wasn't working. Every order was placed at the window and then serviced which meant long waits. They didn't have Mac andcheese or diet Coke. The bun for my sandwich was so stale I could tap it with a fork and it would make a dull thud noise. Thefries were soggy and cold. Literally the only good thing was the chicken itself was good. This sign has been on this drive-thru since at least March. It is now July. The line is always wrapped around the building... because they are taking an order at the window then delivering it at the window. The dining room is closed, so you cannot goinside to get food. There is a sign at the drive-thru window saying they are short staffed. But they are also not fixingbroken equipment, apparently. Hell of a way to run a railroad. Read more

Just waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru. The intercom has been out for what seems like a couple of months now so they... get backed up taking orders at the window. They told me they were out of nuggets, tenders and Mac and Cheese which was what Icame for. So I ordered a chicken sandwich which came out cold and stale. Another reviewer mentioned that it's normal foremployees checks to bounce so I'm not surprised they seem short staffed regularly and the employees don't always care if yourfood is stale. Maybe the owner should fix the intercom and think about paying their employees a living and respectable wage.Would probably solve almost all of their issues. Read more

They checks bounce to pay employees or it?s incorrect .and they don?t want to pay you. This is how the store looks in the... Morning when you come in to work. Employees sick sweating but still work over food . I couldn?t take the employment.
