i went in this afternoon 8/1 and the customer service was horrible. no greeting, no thank you, not even a friendly smile. a... hispanic girl came out to finally take my order after standing for 2-3 minutes and she didnt say a word. she just stood in fronyof the 2nd register by the ice cream and waited for me to come down to her. after i gave my order she silently made thesmoothies and another girl comes from the back. by this time another customer entered and there was no acknowledgment to himeither. Smoothies always consistent and good. Good customer service. Update: After going multiple times now the customer service is... very mediocre and slow. Sometimes I'm the only customer, I'll place my order, stand and wait, go pump gas, come back in andthey'll be just starting my order??? Moving with no sense of urgency. When I go here I'm usually in my way to work. Guess I'llstart going back to Smoothie King. Read more
