I have nothing but good reviews for this papa johns. This specific one is my go-to because they always have my order correct.
They were not willing to refund me(even partially) when there had been a miscommunication about my delivery order. I paid for 16... wings and received 6. They also went up on the delivery fee. I was a loooong time customer here but will NEVER give them mymoney again. Read more

Worst place to order. Manager Angel was nice enough to refund 2 hours of delay. They sent me sausage pizza (we dont eat pork for... religious reasons). I would not recommend ordering from this PapaJohns if you're avoiding pork, or if you want to get the pizzayou actually ordered. Read more

WAS a long time customer... this was Saturday night's order, just looking at it should be reason enough why we took these... pictures. Called in and actually asked "is it safe to eat this"??? Hint: If you feel you have to ask, don't, no matter how muchyour reassured it's safe... Food handling is serious business when it goes wrong. Like to add, they have not give a damn aboutallowing this botulism out of their kitchen & sickening me & my life partner to the point we spent Sunday confined to ourhome... thank goodness for multiple bathrooms. I order veggie pie. Someone at the wade green papa johns it would be funny to put few slices of ham on my pie. When I told them... I was allergic to ham or pork meet. Had to wait 45+ mins for my online order, there was about 7 door dashers waiting, my order was ready and they girl at front... counter kept saying it was in the oven, How do you cook a pizza for more than 40 minutes...???? Bad, bad experience... Read more
