Nov,22,2022 standing in line order food not one person told me that their teriyaki chicken was not done. I ordered the food for... them to tell me that it's going to be 20 minutes. So in the meantime all my other food is going to get cold. There was a ladythat ordered behind me in the food that was in the pan look like it had been there for days. They brought new food to replacethat and put that food in with the new food. Very disappointing the manager did not seem to care. Read more
I placed my order and received a text that the order was complete. Upon arrival I was notified that the meal had not been... started and that my protein was still frozen. Me and my son had lunch at the Chastain Road location. Two young ladies working were rude and seemed very annoyed. I ordered... chicken teriyaki and got my order . Noticed there was no sauce on my chicken. Stood at the counter for several minutes while oneof the young ladies played on her phone. Had to interrupe her phone time to request teriyaki sauce. She said they didn't haveteriyaki sauce! Confused I asked her to please explain. She said they were out. Would have been nice to know this when I orderedmy food. Would not recommend this location. Poor service. Food at counter looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Asked if... they would be making anything fresh and was told no, even when they were open for another hour. My advice, do not eat at thislocation. Read more
I ordered via Doordash and I received burnt fried rice. I do not recommend this place at all.
Didn?t have time to take pictures of the other plates (bowls and kids meals) but all the plates were served with this amount of... teriyaki. Did not get to eat here? I arrived about 50 minutes before close so towards the end of the night. Fried rice was empty but they... where making good. The lady took my order bigger plate double orange chicken and a side of teriyaki with fried rice. She saidit would be a little wait for the fried rice I said thats fine. I sit down to wait and wait. Watching other people get foodand all. The fried rices comes out but they completely forgot about my order. Then I was told about 30-40 minutes before theyclose that they are not making any more orange chicken. Keep in mind two other people who came in well after me and orders thesame thing got it while I waited for food. Like it?s pretty messed up that you can give the same exact food I ordered tosomeone else but refuse to give it to me. When they ordered after me.
