The food is okay for the price it?s definitely not ?wow?, service was good and food comes out pretty quick.
I hate leaving such a good restaurant a bad review but this last experience was just not good. I tried to order online and the... pricing on saw on the website i was taken to to order online had pricing that showed 5.99 for a large Buffalo chicken dip andchips. So i tried to order and it said the online ordering was down. So i didn?t think anything of it and called them andordered 2 orders of the dip. When i got there i was charged 25$ and when i asked about it, they said that each dip is actually10.99 and that there is currently a 9% inflation fee to be added. So on top of the fact that i paid over twice what i wasexpecting to pay, the dip was spilling out all over the sides of the container, and there were so few chips i had over half ofeach dip left by the time we finished. Not much point in paying a premium price for a dip if you have to go to the store to buyyour own chips just to even come close to finishing it Read more
I placed an order to go. Easy making my order. They said 15 minutes it would be ready. When I got to the restaurant I didn't... wait long maybe 4 minutes and my food was ready. Food was hot when I got home. I got the liquid gold wings and lemon pepperwings, soooo good!! My wings were tasty. I enjoyed it! Read more
Came for a team fundraiser and we got the grilled chicken salad with honey mustard, mild wings with fries, tossed chicken... fingers and an appetizer of crazy fries. The crazy fries are one of our favorites because they are fries topped with friedchicken chopped up, hot sauce, ranch and cheese. I recommend ordering them with mild sauce! Read more
Came here to grab a bite for dinner. Once you enter, you place your order at the register. They will give you a number and bring... you the food. The staff doesn't seem to be required to wear a mask from what I've seen since front, and kitchen that that isable to be seen we're not wearing any mask. Customers are able to do as they please. The meal comes out on a metal platter. Iordered the grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, and lettuce. Very delicious! They have a sauce bar too for you to choose whatto get. Sports theme oriented, with support for local high school football teams in their walls. The restroom seemed to bepretty clean during my visit. Pretty cool place overall. Stopped in today for my first experience. No more pricier then Zaxby's. Super fast. I got my meal before I even finished fixing... my drink. They have a sauce bar. Crazy hot wasn't crazy hot however. I think the spicy sauce at the sauce bar was warmer. But itwas delicious. They had Cajun seasoning for the fries too which was awesome. Will probably try it again soon. Read more

I love Otter?s. This location was a reliable lunch spot for me for a long time! I love that you can get your own sauces. We... usually get the wrap box or crazy fries. Fries are always crispy and tasty. Make sure to sprinkle some extra Tony Sacheresseasoning on them! I only wish that they didn?t have the Coca-Cola freestyle machines, as it makes soda tastes like the 80flavors in the machine. Read more
