Giving one star cause it won?t let me give 0 , Ahmad is a manger and the RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER DEALT WITH! I called because I... spent $40 on one pizza and one small pasta. That?s fine but when the pizza arrives its cold and NOT cut that?s a problem! I callto voice this and I get told I?ll give you 20% off your next order. Mind you I should get my food remade. He tells me I have toBRING the pizza up right now which is 12:42 am (at night) and I am in a wheel chair! I physically can?t do that! I am disabled!And he just says well that?s all I can do. Got a flyer in the mail today and my wife decided to try something new, got a medium pizza, 10 piece wing and two pastas. The... pizza suppose to be Supreme but I got a 3rd world country pasta. They shorted all the meat on tge pizza and I got a vegetarianpasta with no veggies and contacted the manager and he said the pizza is pretty much what it is and gave me a credit on thepasta. First time ordering from Night Owl Pizza & this definitely will not be our last!! The pizzas aren?t as ?doughy? as the regular... chain restaurants which is a plus & reminds us of NY style pizzas. Hands down the best pizza in Kennesaw! Nothing better than a locally owned pizza restaurant that provides the best food and... service! Everything that I have tried from here has far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Mac pizza or theWoodstock if you?re feeling like a vegetarian pizza! A friend was visiting from out of state. we had both missed dinner so we ordered from Night Owl as it was fairly late in most... other places were closed. when the pizza finally arrived it was cold. I don't mean lukewarm, I mean cold as if stored in arefrigerator. The cheese was gummed up and the crust was partially raw.
