First time going to this location on Barrett Rd ..I try not knock Mcds ,You are Better off getting your order at the drive- thru... rather than walking inside, literally only me and two other customers waiting to order took more than 10min just want to order2 burgers and frnch fries. They must of had a change of shift and training newbys on slow day. Though they have several kiosk,I?d rather not use as not sure how frequent its screens are sanitize and cleaned. Read more

Worst location. They have a hard time with mobile curbside orders for some reason. Always delayed and wrong, forcing me to go... through the drive-thru anyways to have it corrected. Manager Keisha is the rudest and fought with me today about items thatwere missing... until she found them on the warmer and said, "oh here we go," shoving them out the window without an apology oranything. Terrible terrible terrible. They are consistently bad regardless of time of day or day of the week. I will no goout of my way to a different location. Read more

I am very upset with this McDonald?s. I came in around 9. Keep in mind they are supposed to close at 11. I came in and they said... they could take my order I would just have to do it online and I said alright that?s fine so I done it online. After doing itonline and paying for it they closed the doors and shut everything off. They didn?t give me my food and they sure did not giveme my money back. I definitely suggest not going here if you can at all. Very disappointed. I wouldn?t even give this place astar if I could. Read more

*****Don't go to this location and if you do DO NOT use your mobile app at this location, the manager doesn't understand... technology. She will scream at you and tell you to leave. She also screams at her employees. I honestly thought I was on punkedor something, the experience was awful. I walked out spending 14.57 and had no food. Not that this will make a difference. Just finished waiting 10 minutes to get to the drive through intercom. Lady sounded... absolutely annoyed we were ordering food at a McDonalds. Then she seemed annoyed we were paying money for our food when we gotto the pay window. Then we get to the window where we wait 12 minutes for a double cheeseburger and 12 nuggets. The dude at thewindow is literally sitting down on his phone and never acknowledges us the entire time. When we finally get our luke warm food,dude doesn't say anything. There's no napkins or sauces in the bag of food we ordered. Seriously good on stopping at anyMcDonald's moving forward. Read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life! If you can find another location, save your money and go to... another one. The food was not only cold and borderline stale but it was also EXTREMELY salty. Additionally, the drive thru took15-20 minutes to be served. Now, if the food was piping hot and fresh I probably wouldn't complain about the wait time butbecause it was far from that the wait time is unexplainable and unacceptable. *it appears as though this location is being ranby a bunch of kids from what could be seen through the drive thru window and the experience certainly verified it.
