My pizza per slice either had no cheese or very little. The sausages were primarily on one side.
I've tried calling multiple times, on different days. It rings and rings. I assumed they are just always exceptionally busy but... this was frustrating because I had questions their website could not answer. I still wanted to give them a chance becausefinding gluten free pizza can be hard and Google said they offered it. So, I've continued to call periodically hoping someonewould answer one day. Did finally manage to get someone today. For context, I have a gluten allergy. I asked about their GFoptions. The person on the phone wasn't even sure if they have GF items and had to verify. How do you not know what products yousell...? I asked how they cook the GF pizza, is it in the same oven, is it on shared pans or do they use new pans? Are the panswashed in between usage or reused? He didn't know literally anything. He kept having to put me on hold to ask. The final time hewent to "put me on hold" he just hung up on me. If you have a gluten allergy do not eat here!!! They clearly have no cluewhatsoever about GF and are likely to really hurt someone or at the bare minimum get them very sick. This location needs totrain their employees better: on what products they sell, how their prepare their products, and on (very common) allergies. Goodgrief. Read more
I must say the food was really good. Made timely and to the specifics I wanted. The level of care and service given by the young... lady at the front, I think Sara was her name, made my experience very pleasant and courteous! Will go here over other Marco'snearest my house. Read more
I'm staying in a hotel for the night for business. I look up Marcos and decided to place an order. I tried on my phone first,... but I got a message that it was too late to do an online order. It was approximately 8:30 pm. They advertise that they close at10 pm. Next I tried to call, but no answer around 8:45 pm. Next I drive over only realizing that I was .2 mile from the place. Igo to the front door and the door was locked, but they're advertising that they don't close until 10 pm. Poor, very poorcustomer service. So we just ordered from the Marco?s off of Wade Green. My daughters pizza was fine. It looks like mine was thrown around. They... also left off all the sauce, all the toppings were underneath the pizza. Very unhappy customer. I called the person I spoke withon the phone was very nice and said they would give me a credit but because my dinner has been ruined I feel like A credit tojust refund me my money for the room and pizza is not sufficient Read more
Marco's has some really good pizza. I finally got the chance to try it, after others told me how good it is. I ordered a small... one topping and it tasted delicious and full of flavor, everyone working in the store was very polite and prompt to assist youas soon as you walk through the door. I rarely eat marcos pizza. They're not too easy to find and I usually find a different pizza that's closer. I tried marcos again... and I regret it. I got two mediums. I will never order from this location again. I guess the older man at the register tonight was either a manager or maybe owner,... don?t need to be neither?. But he works at a Marcos pizza?. Anyways, I asked for Parmesan cheese, he gives me only 2 packs?.Meanwhile we ordered (2) not (1) but (2) Large!!!!! For him to only give me 2 packs of Parmesan? I proceeded to ask for more,another young man at the register asked me how many, & I said maybe just 5 more?. The older man, then says ?it?s 10 cents foreach extra, after 2?
