I think I had the worst brown sugar milk tea I have ever had. The line was out of the place so I assumed they were on par...... Not so much! The Kokee Tea in the North Point Mall is 1,000% better. Try another location. See the picture below; normally thereis particulate/residue all over the cup, this looks like and tasted like water. I didn't feel like waiting back thru the line toask why I paid $6ish for water. Move along bubble fans! Read more

Let?s begin with the cashier. As a customer I appreciate being acknowledged however not in this manner. She was yelling at my... sister and I ?I can take your order when you?re ready,? ?next customer please I can take your order.? She said this phrase threetimes before I finally was able to speak and say ?Thank you we appreciate it, however we are still deciding and are not ready.?Her attitude was negative and borderline condescending as we were ordering and after we ordered. We receive our drinks and mysisters is wrong. Hard to believe her strawberry mojito was suppose to be a mojito since it was missing mint and also ice so itwas warm. She and I leave dissatisfied but not for long. I go back In to see if there can be some sort of resolution. I guessmine and my sisters contempt was noticed by the teenaged girl employees because they were all in a huddle, their backs to theentrance, glancing through the windows at us and talking about us. I end up noticing a girl who looked like a manager since shewas dressed differently from the others. I ask her to exchange the mojito for a different drink since I have my drink to mysister. She said ok but we will have to charge you. Excuse me? You?re going to charge me for a new drink even if it?s half priceto be made even though your staff have messed up and also have poor attitudes towards us. What kind of policy charges to have anew drink made? I?ve never heard of that. It if wasn?t for the fact that Starbucks on this mall had gone out of business due tothe pandemic, this place would not be going nor would it have the business it has. I?ve been on the other side of the registeras a sales associate or manager in retail as well as a hostess and server in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and Ihave never experience the attitudes that were displayed today. No excuses. Ps save your customer shaming for the break room, group chats or at home. Read more

I usually don?t write reviews but I think it?s necessary to warn anyone coming here. While getting some boba today there was a... woman that works here with light pink hair was very rude and practically yelling at me. This is the first time I?ve seen thiswoman and had this type of interaction at this place. I have some social anxiety so I didn?t know how to really react butfreeze. I won?t be coming here anymore to avoid that possible interaction again. If you really want bubble tea I just suggestfinding another store around the area. Read more
