I ordered online in detail and they messed up my sandwich. I called them to explain what happened. I had to drive back over... there with no compensation for my inconvenience. They actually called me to tell me to bring the sandwich they messed up back asif we were lying about their mistake. I returned the sandwich in whole. NO CREDIT, NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. Please stop offering delivery if you don't have the drivers. I love Jimmy John's but this location NEVER has enough drivers.... Therefore, your food is definitely not "freaky fast" more like an hour at least. Insane. Read more

I'm rating because I'm very surprised at all of the low ratings. I always look at a restaurants ratings before eating there, and... anything that is 3.anything is a definite NO. I have been to this location many many times at all different hours and have neverhad any issues. They are always "freaky fast" and my order is always correct. The staff isn't overly friendly, but they're notrude or dismissive either. At least not in my experience. It does seem like a lot of the bad reviews are in relation todelivery orders, which I can not comment on due to I have never ordered for delivery from this location. But if you are justordering and picking up or eating there, there should be no complaints. Read more
Please save yourself the time and the trouble. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order delivery from this store. I?ve been waiting over... an hour and half and my order hasn?t arrived. I am less than a mile away. I tried calling them multiple times but Ofcourse, noanswer. It took over 1.5hrs to get my food delivered literally less than 1 miles away. I called 10 times and no answer. The guy answered... the phone finally like he was answering his cell phone. He was very rude and said you have 2 options you can wait or come pickit up. Obviously if I could have picked it up I would have. On top of that my food was soggy and disgusting. I order from theone in acworth all the time and.never have problems but this location is terrible. I won't be going back here. Read more
I haven't been inside a Jimmy John's in a few years but ended up being near one and my kids wanted a sub so we went. I didn't... realize they didn't have kid subs so asked for help and was guided to the slim of just meat, cheese & bread. One kid wanted atomato on it so she proceeds to charge me for so fancy sandwich but their sign said something like veggies free. I couldn't addthat to this one but that one or something. It was 1 single slice of tomato and I was making these combo's, so much for theirsign saying customer is right. I ordered tomato on mine then gave it to my kid. Read more
This franchise in my opinion needs to step it up. I ordered a #7 a Italian sandwich the onions actually taste really Bitter!!!... Meaning could not eat them and I love onions I know onions can have a strong taste but not to the point where you can spit themout. My sandwich looks like it was just slap together (in which it was). I know you guys aim for fast quick delivery but Irather have my sandwich look the part go have all the right amount condiments on! And no one even offer me a bag knowing that Iwas getting it to go I had to carry everything out the door. With customer service you should automatically know if yourcustomer needs help or not.
